Who we are

Dr. Cosette Marie Stahl is a board-certified interventional radiologist, the Founder of Vital Coeur Health, and the creator of The Vital Coeur Method.

She completed medical school at the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine followed by a surgical internship at St Joseph Hospital in Denver, CO. She then pursued her diagnostic radiology residency at the University of California, San Diego and her subspecialty fellowship in interventional radiology at the University of Washington.

Through her experiences of physician burnout, chronic gastrointestinal distress and struggles with infertility, Cosette saw firsthand the importance of whole person well-being and its absence in today’s fragmented healthcare paradigm.  From this frustration, she embarked on a journey to build a health and wellness platform focused on client empowerment, precision medical care and complimentary client-centered coaching.

Cosette provides her clients with a safe and compassionate environment in which self-discovery and self-exploration blossom.  Her background in western medicine and passion for functional medicine converge and augment her health coaching practice,  supporting individuals to achieve their unique vision of ideal health and well-being.

By co-creating dynamic care plans that can include a curated network of top-tier specialists in fitness, nutrition, medicine and beyond, Vital Coeur delivers connected, comprehensive support that honors the whole person.
